City Wide Mechnaical offers a variety of commercial, residential, and refrigeration service agreements customized to meet your needs.
Inspect & Report - This agreement level provides as many running inspections you desire throughout the year as well as allows you full control over approving repairs found during the inspections.
Annual Maintenance - This agreement level provides as many running inspections you desire throughout the year with an annual shutdown inspection for each piece of equipment covered under the agreement. This will allow for a more in depth inspection of all moving parts as well as electrical, piping, and controls of the unit.
Full Service - This agreement level will allow for as many running inspections you desire throughout the year along with an annual shutdown inspection. This agreement will cover all repairs we deem necessary to the equipment throughout the year. you will have 1 invoice after each inspection with most repairs covered by the agreement. Some stipulations do apply.
By becoming a City Wide Mechanical service agreement customer you will receive priority service scheduling, reduced repair labor rate, and a staff of technicians, sales executives, customer service represenatives, and management that will ensure your HVAC/R needs are met in our changing Texas climate.
All service agreements include:
- Invoicing after work is completed
- Air filter changes
- Oil and grease moving parts
- Electrical inspection
- Condenser coils cleaned
- Blower wheels & fan cleaned
- Condensate drains and drain pans inspected and cleaned
- All pulleys and belts inspected
