Dwayne has been in the commercial HVAC service industry for 11 years with experience in sales, management, and operations. He joined City Wide Mechanical in October 2007 after working 8 years for Carrier Commercial Service in Oklahoma City, OK, Fort Worth, TX, and San Antonio, TX.


Dwayne is from Pearland, TX and graduated from University of Houston with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution.  Dwayne enjoys, baseball, golf, and fishing.

Bob Philpot has been in the air conditioning business since 1974. Bob started out doing plumbing then moved to the service side of air conditioning. Through the years Bob has completed several commercial projects from design to installations. Designs are Bob's passion, but solving problems that other people can’t seem to figure out is a reward. Bob has great verbal communications with customers and helps them understand in simple terms. Bob's hobbies are playing golf and running.

Lisa has been is the HVAC-R industry for 11 years, Lisa has worked with the most knowledgeable technicians and has learned that treating the customer how she would want to be treated as a customer is the most vaulable aspect of her job. Lisa was born in Tacoma, Washington and enjoys swimming and tennis.

Gery studied business management at Texas A&M and North Texas State Universities. Prior to joining City Wide Mechanical in November, 1999, he acquired over 20 years of experience in sales and account management. Gery serves as the Warranty Liaison between Service and New Construction clients and also handles Customer and Vendor Accounting.
